What is Huna?
Huna is the modern name given to the indigenous healing, spiritual and shamanic traditions of the Hawaiians.
The tradition taught here is from the Kahili family from the island of Kauai. Some of the symbols used are from Druidry and other spiritual traditions as well.
The Hawaiian name for a Shamanic practitioner is Kupua.
What is Shamanism?
Shamanism has come to describe a healer that works on one’s beliefs, trance states, and other techniques to heal an individual. Although shamanic techniques vary from culture to culture, most act as healer, religious leader, and counselor all rolled into one.
Raven Huna Academy
Raven Huna Academy was created to teach the Kahili family tradition of Huna, the modern term for Hawaiian Shamanism. The course are held at various locations and individual instruction is available.

Raven Huna Virtual Academy was created to teach the Kahili family tradition of Huna for those who could not make it to where we offer courses. The Virtual Academy is also a community where you can meet others studying the courses as well.
